Job Summary
Registered Nurse in an acute rehab/hospital setting providing comprehensive patient care: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; coordinate with the health team; oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs; participate in clinical team conferences; ensure compliance with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines; require current RN license, BSN progression within four years (or equivalent extensive RN experience), and BLS/ACLS as applicable; position located in Grand Junction, CO with a 36-hour weekly schedule and competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- BSN within four years of hire or 15 years RN experience in acute care (exception clauses as stated)
- BLS for Healthcare Providers upon hire or within 60 days
- ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
