Job Summary
Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Deliver professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while demonstrating Service Excellence standards at all times. Oversee and guide employees under supervision within the 48-bed behavioral health unit. Ensure all clinical pathways and evidence-based medicine practices are followed to optimize care for Southern Nevada residents and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
