Registered Nurse - Acute Medicine - Full Time Days (Saint Louis)

Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within standards of nursing care. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration. Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while evaluating patient preferences and barriers to involvement. Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in professional development.
