Job Summary
Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies in a hospital setting, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis, while collaborating with hospital teams to monitor patients, adjust treatments, and ensure quality outcomes. Work across various hospital units with PCT support, rotate between facilities, and handle on-call shifts including weekends/holidays. Requires active RN license in state of practice; ADN is required with BSN preferred; color vision test required; CNN/CDN certification preferred; on-call and varying schedules expected. This role is with DaVita in acute nephrology care.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU/CCU/ED/Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
- CNN/CDN certification preferred
- color vision test
