Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an Acute Care Specialty Unit. Collaborate with medical providers and care team to provide personalized, comprehensive care following established nursing models (Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage). Act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring understanding of medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures. Perform admissions assessments, administer prescribed medications, monitor patient responses, document care accurately, respond to patient requests promptly, and educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.
