Registered Nurse - Acute Care RN - Med/Surg - Days - Full-Time - Bayfront Hospital - St Petersburg

Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate progress toward expected outcomes. Administer medications, treatments, and patient safety protocols while documenting care consistently. Prioritize ongoing patient care using Evidence-Based Practice Standards and delegate tasks to appropriate team members. Serve as a preceptor, charge nurse, or unit educator to support new staff and students. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage unit goals and communicate patient condition updates. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and attend staff development meetings. Work three 12-hour shifts per week in Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital's Med/Surg unit.
