Registered Nurse - Acute Care RN - Med/Surg - Days - Bayfront Hospital - St Petersburg

Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate progress toward expected outcomes. Administer medications, treatments, and patient education while documenting care in a consistent manner meeting regulatory standards. Prioritize care using Evidence-Based Practice Standards, delegate tasks to appropriate team members, and communicate patient conditions to the interdisciplinary group. Serve as a preceptor, charge nurse, or educator, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Work three 12-hour shifts per week in Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital's Med/Surg unit. Maintain current Florida RN licensure and BLS certification with at least one year of experience.
