Registered Nurse - Acute Care RN - Med/Surg - Days - Bayfront Hospital - St Petersburg

Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate progress toward expected outcomes in an acute care setting. Administer medications, perform treatments, and ensure patient safety while documenting care consistently. Prioritize ongoing care using Evidence-Based Practice Standards, delegate tasks to team members based on capabilities, and communicate patient conditions to interdisciplinary staff. Serve as a preceptor, charge nurse, or educator, and collaborate with leadership to support unit goals and new team members. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and attend staff development sessions. Work nights as a full-time RN with three 12-hour shifts per week at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital.
