Registered Nurse- Acute Care [Blount], Family Birthplace, Full-Time, Night

Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, fostering patient/family-centered care. Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and validate goals with patients and the interdisciplinary team. Deliver direct nursing care, delegate tasks appropriately, and monitor quality through performance indicators and audits. Teach patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and serve as the patient advocate while adhering to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory requirements. Work night shifts with potential weekend, holiday, and on-call responsibilities.
