Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status reviews. Coordinate interdisciplinary teams through delegation, collaboration, and resource management while setting priorities for patient care delivery. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans, and provide accurate, timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Requires current state licensure, BLS certification, and BSN degree; includes 36 weekly hours at $37.45-$57.29 hourly. Located at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BSN within four (4) years of hire date for RNs with less than 12 months of experience
