Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, technology, and evidence-based practice while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Direct care delivery through delegation and collaboration, managing time and resources to set priorities. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans based on clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Provide accurate, timely documentation and maintain legal and ethical standards within the scope of licensure. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree; includes 36 weekly hours at $37.45-$57.29 hourly. Located at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
