Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, technology, and evidence-based practice while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Direct care delivery through delegation and collaboration, managing priorities, supplies, and resources to meet individualized plans of care. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and ensure accurate, timely documentation of all clinical outcomes. Maintain legal and ethical standards within scope of licensure while promoting professional development. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree; includes 36 weekly hours at $37.45–$57.29 hourly in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- BSN Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025
- Employees hired or promoted prior to this date will be held to the minimum requirements that were in place at the time of their promotion or hire
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
