Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status reviews. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, delegate tasks, and coordinate patient transitions. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and ensure accurate documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards. Requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN degree as of April 27, 2025. This role involves direct patient care delivery at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with a 36-hour weekly schedule and hourly rates ranging from $37.45 to $57.29.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
