Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status. Direct the interdisciplinary team through delegation and coordination while managing time, supplies, and resources to deliver care consistent with guidelines. Collaboratively develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and physicians, incorporating education and referrals. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to legal and ethical standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
