Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status. Direct the interdisciplinary team through delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate delivery. Collaboratively develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and physicians, incorporating education and referrals. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans based on clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree; includes 36 weekly hours at $37.45-$57.29 hourly in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
