Registered Nurse (ACT Team)

Job Summary
Provide nursing services to members on the Assertive Community Treatment Team, including engagement, assessment, triage, treatment planning, medication administration, health and medication education, physical healthcare advocacy, and supportive care. Participate in utilization management and quality improvement activities as required. Maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications while holding a valid Arizona driver's license and car insurance. This role supports adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorders through a multidisciplinary, community-based approach designed to improve outcomes and prevent hospitalization. Team members deliver intensive, round-the-clock support to help individuals achieve personal recovery goals and build sustainable futures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of science degree in nursing from an accredited program or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- Current R.N. license issued by Arizona Board of Nursing
- Minimum one (1) year prior psychiatric/behavioral health experience with seriously mentally ill adults
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Car insurance
- At least 21 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working on an ACT team or equivalent experience
