Registered Nurse ACE (Acute Care for the Elderly) Medical Unit

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients age 65 and older on the night shift, utilizing the nursing process and interdisciplinary collaboration to address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs. Direct the care team through delegation and coordination, ensuring accurate documentation, adherence to regulatory standards, and timely response to alarms and emergency situations. Manage patient transfers, ambulation, and equipment handling while maintaining a focus on function, safety, and independence.
