Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of older adults on the night shift using the nursing process, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practice. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and volunteers, to develop individualized care plans that prioritize function, safety, and independence for patients aged 65 and older. Direct care delivery through delegation and coordination while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to legal and ethical standards. Requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN degree, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus available for experienced night-shift candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified
- Night Shift
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
