Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for older adults (65+) with medical and select surgical diagnoses on the night shift. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs while prioritizing function, safety, and independence. Direct care delivery through delegation and coordination, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN by hire date; offers $15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced night-shift candidates. Located at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified

Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
