Registered Nurse

Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs, develop nursing care plans, and maintain medical records while educating families about conditions. Administer medications accurately, document controlled substance counts, and ensure physicians' verbal orders are transcribed per policy. Notify staff of significant status changes, complete admission and discharge processing, and coordinate unit activities as directed. Demonstrate universal precautions, maintain professional boundaries, and communicate therapeutically with patients, visitors, and co-workers. Requires current RN license, one year of nursing experience, and CPR/de-escalation certification. Full-time, part-time, or PRN day or night shifts available.
