Job Summary
Provide nursing oversight across residential homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities; coordinate care and proactively follow up on clinical concerns; collaborate with direct support professionals, providers, families, and clinical teams; teach, train, and support staff to strengthen quality of care; participate in quality improvement and audit activities; work Monday–Friday in a setting outside hospital/ECF with no on-call shifts or weekends; emphasize person-centered care, clinical judgement, and meaningful relationships in a residential environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Passion for person-centered care and collaboration
