Job Summary
Public Health Nurse role providing professional nursing care in clinic, mobile unit, and community settings; conducts assessments and develops care plans, provides patient education and case management, supports harm-reduction and outreach, coordinates mobile unit operations, assists with public health initiatives and emergency response, and maintains documentation and data collection. Requires active RN license in Virginia or compact state and BLS/CPR; travel locally and occasional evenings/weekends; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
