Registered Nurse AAU

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for a 12-hour night shift at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. Direct interdisciplinary teams through delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient delivery. Provide therapeutic interventions, ensure accurate documentation, and revise care plans based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback. Maintain legal and ethical standards by complying with regulatory requirements and practicing within licensure scope. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items, operate monitors, and navigate crowded environments. BSN required for new hires; experience with Bipap, heated Hi Flow, and DKA patients preferred.
