Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status checks. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, delegate tasks, and coordinate patient discharge teaching and referrals. Monitor patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and ensure accurate, timely documentation of all activities. Maintain legal and ethical standards while managing time, supplies, and resources to prioritize patient needs. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items, ambulate patients, and navigate busy hospital environments during the 12-hour night shift.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BSN Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified

- Experience with Bipap
- Experience with heated Hi Flow
- Experience with DKA patients
