Registered Nurse AAU

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based practice. Direct the care team through delegation and coordination while managing priorities, supplies, and resources to ensure timely delivery. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans, and provide accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Work the 12-hour night shift at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, requiring manual dexterity, patient transfers, and extended standing. BSN required; BLS certification mandatory.
