Registered Nurse AAU

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and therapeutic interventions. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation and collaboration, managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient delivery. Evaluate patient response to interventions and revise care plans based on clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Provide accurate documentation, maintain legal and ethical standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Work the 12-hour night shift rotating schedule at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver.
