Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status. Coordinate interdisciplinary teams through delegation and collaboration while prioritizing patient care delivery, time management, and resource organization. Evaluate patient response to interventions, revise care plans, and provide accurate documentation within legal and ethical standards. Work the 12-hour night shift at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, requiring manual dexterity for equipment manipulation and physical ability to transfer patients. BLS certification required; BSN degree mandatory for new hires.
