Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status reviews. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation, coordination, and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to prioritize patient needs. Collaboratively develop individualized plans of care with patients, families, and physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Provide therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practice for patients requiring Bipap, heated Hi Flow, and DKA support. Work the 12-hour night shift at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, adhering to Intermountain Health policies and expectations.
