Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practice. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, families, and support staff while directing delegation and managing resources. Provide accurate documentation, maintain legal and ethical standards, and promote the nursing profession. Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- 12 HR Night Shift
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified
- Experience with Bipap, heated Hi Flow and DKA patients
