Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for physical, social, and psychological needs while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Direct care delivery through delegation, prioritize tasks, and manage resources to meet clinical goals. Document accurately, maintain legal and ethical standards, and revise care plans based on patient response. Work the 12-hour night shift at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, with a weekly schedule of 24 hours. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree; experience with Bipap, heated Hi Flow, and DKA patients preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BSN Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Bipap, heated Hi Flow and DKA patients
