Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status. Direct interdisciplinary teams via delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient delivery. Provide therapeutic interventions, evidence-based practice, and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. This 12-hour night shift role at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver requires a current RN license with BLS certification. Experience with Bipap, heated Hi Flow, and DKA patients is preferred. BSN degree required as of April 2025.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BSN Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
