Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care by performing physical, social, and psychological assessments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and coordinating care delivery. Direct the care team through delegation, manage time and resources, and revise plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to legal and ethical standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Work 12-hour night shifts at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
- Experience with Bipap, heated Hi Flow and DKA patients
