Registered Nurse AAU

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, delegate tasks, and coordinate patient delivery while managing time and resources. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and provide accurate, timely documentation. Maintain legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and licensure provisions. Work 12-hour night shifts with a weekly schedule of 24 hours. This role requires strong manual dexterity, the ability to lift and transfer patients, and frequent verbal communication in busy, equipment-filled environments. Candidates must hold a current RN license and BLS certification, with a BSN degree required for new hires.
