Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status reviews. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient delivery. Reassess patient responses to interventions and revise care plans based on clinical outcomes and family satisfaction. Provide accurate documentation and adhere to legal and ethical standards throughout the shift.
