Job Summary
Assess client healthcare needs, develop annual Comprehensive Plans of Care, and perform required assessments for potential or current clients. Delegate approved non-complex tasks to Caregivers while conducting initial and ongoing training for Administrative Staff and Caregivers. Complete all required documentation for client assessments, delegations, and Caregiver interactions to ensure compliance with State Board of Nursing and Department of Health guidelines. This role requires a valid State RN License, one year of experience in home care or senior-related industry, and knowledge of payroll systems. Candidates must possess high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation to commute to client homes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State RN License in the state in which they are working
- One year experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Consistent, reliable transportation to commute to client homes within territory
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities
