Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based patient care along the continuum for the 9W Med Surg unit. Participate in multidisciplinary decision-making, teaching, and mentoring to advance patient plans and enhance operational efficiency. Maintain adherence to the ANA Scope and Standards, Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) licensure, and active Basic Life Support certification. Requires an Associate of Nursing degree with a BSN preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associates of Nursing (ASN)
- active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
