Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed for a full-time NICU role at Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus (8/11 S Emerson Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46237). Provides comprehensive neonatal and patient-family care in a 38-bed Level 3 NICU with acuity-dependent patient ratios. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a care plan, ongoing reassessment and evaluation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. Requires an RN license in Indiana or NLC, and an Associate Degree; BSN desirable. Travel is never or rarely required. The role emphasizes team-oriented, flexible nursing in a fast-paced, faith-based environment with professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Associate Degree from an accredited program is required
