Develop comprehensive nursing plans of care by performing psychosocial and physiologic assessments, reviewing patient trends, and revising care based on physician orders. Provide total comprehensive nursing to patients and families, integrating cultural, ethical, and spiritual needs while educating them throughout the continuum of care. Actively support nursing regulations, standards, and Franciscan Alliance processes in daily practice within a 14-bed inpatient rehab unit. Join an interdisciplinary team with an average 5:1 patient ratio to help patients regain independence. This full-time, faith-based role offers a minimum start pay of $34/hour and professional development opportunities.
