Registered Nurse (86959)

Conduct rounds to observe, assess, document, and report resident conditions and changes. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure implementation of care plans. Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts and oversee nursing aides. Initiate incident and accident reports per facility policy and discharge residents according to established procedures. Must complete nursing assessments for physician calls prior to contacting the physician. Communicate resident status updates to point of contacts and identify significant condition changes requiring action. Requires an active Texas RN license and preferred skilled nursing facility experience.
