Registered Nurse (86660)

Conduct rounds to observe, assess, document, and report resident conditions and changes. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure implementation of care plans. Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts and oversee aides. Initiate Incident and Accident Reports and discharge residents per facility policy. Must complete Nursing Assessments for Physician Calls prior to contacting physicians. Communicate status updates to resident point of contacts and identify significant condition changes to take necessary action. Requires active Texas RN license with skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
