Registered Nurse (85894)

Conduct rounds observing, assessing, documenting, and reporting resident conditions and changes. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure implementation of care plans. Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts and monitor nursing aides. Initiate and complete incident and accident reports per facility policy, discharge residents, and communicate status updates to resident point of contacts. Identify significant condition changes and take necessary action per facility policies. Complete nursing assessments for physician calls prior to contacting physicians. Assist in ensuring quality care promoting physical, mental, and psychological well-being. Requires active Texas RN license and preferred skilled nursing facility experience.
