Job Summary
The RN Charge Nurse will ensure quality care for residents through assessing, documenting, and reporting changes in conditions. Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting physician rounds, performing narcotic reconciliation, and overseeing aides. Must complete nursing assessments before contacting physicians regarding resident conditions and communicate status updates to residents' contacts. Health care experience is preferred for this full-time nursing position.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an active Registered Nurse in the state of Texas in good standing
- Completed a RN program at an accredited vocational school, college, or university
