Job Summary
Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs. Maintain appropriate scope of practice while working full-time night shifts, including rotating weekends where Saturday and Sunday off days are followed by Friday off. Obtain a security clearance, drug screen, and criminal background check, and hold or obtain an RN license and active CPR certification. Earn a base hourly rate of $49.68 plus a $4 shift differential for evenings and $3 for nights. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one
- Appropriate and active certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
- Availability for Full-time Night Shift, 5 - 8-hour shifts
- Availability for rotating weekends
