Job Summary
Registered Nurse on 7 West Med Surg for 24-hour nights (7p–7:30a, 12-hour shifts) in Worcester, MA. Responsible for planning, delivery, and management of direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge, including patient assessment/reassessment, discharge planning, and coordinating/ supervising nursing care within the assigned clinical setting. Requires MA nursing licensure/registration and BLS; ACLS preferred. BSN highly preferred. Exemption status: Non-Exempt; hiring range reflects hourly pay and may vary by experience. Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration
- BLS is a requirement for every RN unless ACLS certification is current, in addition to any unit-specific certifications and competencies
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred
