Registered Nurse - $7,500 Sign-On

Assess patients' behavioral and physical health needs and deliver compassionate, trauma-informed nursing care. Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing treatment plans throughout the continuum of care. Safely administer medications, including behavioral health and detox protocols, with accurate documentation and controlled substance tracking. Monitor patient status on an ongoing basis and communicate significant behavioral or medical changes to providers and the care team. Educate patients and families, maintain compliant medical records, and adhere to nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Establish therapeutic, professional relationships while collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient recovery. Full-time night or day shifts with weekend rotation; hourly rate ranges from $39 to $44.33 based on experience.
