Registered Nurse (6072)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ambulatory and inpatient patients using the nursing process. Initiate assessments based on presenting problems and diagnoses, collect information from patients, families, and medical reports, and determine nursing diagnoses and care priorities. Perform therapeutic interventions including medication administration, pain control, and vital signs monitoring, while documenting findings, interventions, and patient responses. Collaborate with forensic teams to ensure patient safety, supervise LPNs and students, and provide patient and family education on disease management. Respond to medical emergencies, maintain clean environments, and complete required training and performance improvement initiatives.
