Provide professional nursing care as part of a patient-focused team in a hospital setting. Develop and implement a plan of care, perform assessments, reassess and evaluate patient needs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care. Roles include day and night shifts with a $10/hour night shift differential, every third weekend in a 6-week schedule, and rotating holidays. Geriatrics-typical patient ratios of 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights. Travel is never or rarely required. Travel-friendly environment for new graduates as well as experienced nurses.
