Licensed RN in Nevada providing behavioral health-focused nursing care in community treatment settings. Screen behavioral health populations, perform initial/subsequent nursing assessments, assign acuity levels, maintain a therapeutic environment, intervene in psychiatric emergencies, coach on medication management, administer medications, evaluate therapies, participate in collaborative care meetings, facilitate referrals and transitions of care, and provide health promotion and education in individual, group, and community settings. Reports to Nursing Supervisor and supports care coordination across the continuum.
