Job Summary
Registered Nurse on the 4th Floor Med/Surg with a night shift schedule (72 hours bi-weekly) at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with policies and procedures; collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; engages in patient and family education, performance improvement, and utilization of technology to optimize care. Requires RN licensure in PA, graduation from an accredited nursing program, BLS, and unit-specific competencies; preferred BSN. Sign-on bonus of $30,000.
