Registered Nurse- 4S Acute Care- Surgery- FT- Nights

Registered Nurse – 4S Acute Care Surgery, Night shift, Full-time. Provides quality nursing services as part of the patient care team, participating in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care; collaborates with care team to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care; maintains professional standards, supports Shared Governance, and engages in performance improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include patient care coordination, advocacy and communication with patients and families, documentation of care, and ongoing professional growth. Requires an RN license (state or compact), BLS certification, and the appropriate nursing degree with preferred Bachelor’s in Nursing; orientation includes adherence to confidentiality, safety, and hospital policies. Location: Augusta, GA; shift: Night, Full Time (36 hours per week across 3/12s).
